  • A: You can pay for your order in the store with cash, check or any major cards-Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
    Online orders can be paid with any of the major cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover - by following the steps at checkout and your order will be confirmed by email. Your card will be charged in 24 to 48 hours after order is placed.

  • Yes, we have a price match guarantee, we price match any item price that any of our competitors have advertise in their local showroom.


  • Q: Do you offer delivery?

  • Yes, we deliver anywhere in USA (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii), for more information and pricing see our Shipping Policy.


  • Q: When can I aspect my delivery to be made?

  • A: We are trying to get your order deliver to you as soon as possible, order usually are ready for delivery in 3-10 business days after order is placed and all deliveries will be made only after you will be contacted and a delivery appointment will be schedule with you.


  • Q: Does the furniture require assembly?

  • A: Most of the furniture come assembled or will need minor assembly. For more information regarding a particular item please Contact Us.
    Assemble service is available for local deliveries up to 100 miles from our showroom for more details see our Shipping Policy.
    For deliveries over 100 miles from our location we DO NOT offer assembly service.


  • Q: Is the furniture that you sale covered by warranty?

  • A: Yes, all the furniture that we sale is new and comes with a manufacturer warranty. Most of the manufacturers have 1 year warranty but warranty varies with each manufacturer. Contact Us for details on a specific item.


  • Q: What if my order is delivered damaged or broken?

  • A: All damages to your order will be fixed by Rom Decor at no extra cost to our customer as long as we are notify in writing about the damaged in 48 hours after order is delivered. In case of any damage please keep the items original packaging of the item. For More details see our Shipping Policy. 

  • Q: Can the furniture be customized?
  • A: Yes we can customize sofas, sectionals items located in our Custom Sofa & Sectional category and we can also customize beds see our Custom Beds category. Contact Us for more details.
  • Q: What measurements I need to take before I purchase furniture?
  • A: Make sure furniture can be moved inside your room, we do not have access to check if furniture can be handled and can fit thru doors, hole ways, lifts etc. and just a simple measurement can avoid later problems.
    Also you need to check that the item(s) you want to purchase will fit the designated space that you want to furnish not only in size but also to be practical for that space.
  • Q: What are the mattresses sizes?
  • A: Mattresses are standard dimensions and a bed frame and a mattress need to be the same size, different size between the beds and mattresses will result in damages to one or bought pieces and an item that is incorrectly used will lose the manufacturer warranty.


  • Q:  What is the difference between regular, counter and bar height dining sets?

  • A: Regular height is the most common height for a dining set. Height of the regular height table is 30” and chairs have an 18” high seat.
    Counter height table is 36” high and the seat height on the counter stools is between 24”-27”.
    Bar height tables are between 40”-44” and bar stools seat height are 29”-31”.
