Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Rom Decor. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased for any reason, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery to us, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus 25% restocking fee to accept the return of the item to the manufacturer and all shipping and handling charges. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back like custom orders or mattresses.

No returns will be accepted after 10 days of delivery. 
CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

For Items sold and advertised as "Free delivery", the delivery costs are always incorporated in the price of our item(s) and will be taken into the account when the refund for such item(s) is processed. After request for such return is fully processed, an email with all the costs involved will be sent to you.
Please, do not open from original package or assemble the item(s) that you might be returning since the return of those open item(s) cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BACK WITHOUT A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” PROVIDED BY ROM DECOR. Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date.

ALL RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE PREPAID AND INSURED. WE CANNOT ACCEPT C.O.D DELIVERIES.

Keep the return tracking number from the item(s) you are returning to ensure that the package is received by Rom Decor. Rom Decor is not responsible for any damages made during the shipping and in case of any damage the customer becomes responsible for the damages.

The item(s) must be returned in good condition, in original packaging and with the original packing slip to ensure full credit. You can expect a refund within 15 days after Rom Decor received your returned item(s).
