The Curb Side Delivery include delivery of the items to the address provided by customer and does not include inside delivery or assembly.
The Local White Glove delivery charge will include assembly and setup in your home. 
A delivery Company will contact you before delivery to schedule a delivery time frame that works best for you.

We also ship nationwide and deliveries are based on distance from Zip code CA 92801, Weight and Volume.

All other orders outside of our Local Delivery Areas (usually over 100 miles from Zip code CA 92801), will be shipped by Freight Carrier with the following Options:  
Basic Threshold Delivery - Price will be displayed during Checkout (includes 1 person (i.e. one man delivery), inside the threshold of the residence (i.e. garage, if accessible),

Please note that our Local Delivery Contractors are not able to take back all packaging and debris, but they will try to compact all debris and place it in your requested area. Your Recycling Service, usually takes all boxes and debris on the day of scheduled pick up, try move everything next to your regular cans, and we also recommend to call your recycling service to notify them if you have excessive debris.

In-stock items ship within 3 to 15 business days after ordering, however this varies with the manufacturer. Since inventory changes frequently, we can only provide an estimated ship date after your order is received. If your item(s) is/are on backorder, you'll receive notification via phone or email, and your order will be shipped a.s.a.p. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of the order date and time as long as they are not special orders, have not been processed, and/or have not been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for more info. 

All defective merchandise claims must be placed within 48 hours of you receiving the merchandise.  If the product requires assembly and that assembly has been attempted by you, it will not be covered.  Any defects or imperfections are not reasons for returning merchandise.  There will be no charge for replacement parts sent to you.  In the event the manufacturer determines (at their sole discretion) that the problem will not be resolved by sending replacement parts, replacement merchandise will be sent to you for no additional charge. 

Our products have been packaged to avoid damage in shipping, and we insure all our shipments. Damages are a rare exceptions. We will take care of any damages, and we strive to make all our customers happy, as long as you follow these steps below to ensure a speedy resolution. 
1.      Be sure to inspect your package and if damaged, inspect the contents prior to signing for the delivery. If a package arrives that appears to be damaged, please note as “damaged” on the delivery receipt.  Note: By signing the delivery receipt without noting damage we will try to process a claim but will not guarantee any replacement product, only until claim has been reviewed and accepted, we will order replacement   
2.     Even if the package is significantly damaged,  you need to accept the delivery and call us immediately.  We can generally get parts shipped out quickly if the item is refused this may delay the claim significantly (All damaged product claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product)  Rom Decor will not be responsible for damaged product after the 48 hour window.  If not reported within this amount of time we may not be able to assist you with the claim.   
3.     You will be asked to provide photo's of the damaged items and boxes (we cannot order your replacement until your pictures have been received) these photos are sent to the manufacturer for proof of damage and to determine if it can be repaired or replaced. We will do our best to assist you and expedite your replacement product but must be notified in writing within the  48hrs to be able to do this.
